No nonsense, no hassle – and no time-wasting

When someone appoints us to fill a slot, we don’t want them to waste any more time on it than they need to – after all, our clients are busy enough already. So, we never recommend candidates who we’ve not personally interviewed; we don’t put forward people who can’t do the job – and aren’t a good match for your company’s culture; we’re always thorough in our due diligence (for example, making sure that people have the right to work in the UK before we put them forward); we never coerce a candidate into something he or she doesn’t really want to do – and we always work in a structured way, with clear, open communications. And, refreshingly, we’re never, ever pushy.
